Hello,

My previous post reminds me of a patch I've been applying to Debian for
a while:

mail --help says "the standard /bin/mail interface", whereas not
everyone has it in /bin.

In Debian I just patched it out to /usr/bin/mail as that's where it's
found. I don't really think using a BINDIR substution is really
desirable here, as you could end up with the ackward string "GNU mail --
the standard /home/joe/install/usr/local/bin/mail interface."

In any case, given the sheer amount of libs not in /lib that mail is
linked to in Debian, /bin is probably not the place for it. Changing
this string has the big drawback of making all the po's fuzzy, so if we
can find a neutral solution, it'd be good.
