Hello,
Mailutils repository has finally migrated to Git[1]. To clone the
repo do
git clone ssh://<your-user-name>@git.savannah.gnu.org/srv/git/mailutils.git
or, if you are not registered at Savannah:
git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/mailutils.git
ChangeLog is gone, it will be created automatically at dist time (or
on request, see `make ChangeLog') from the info you supplied with your
commits.
