Having looked a bit deeper..........
It looks like the mu_strexit function is not in the library at all.
I'm writing a server and based on how imap4d.c sets everything up, I wanted to
pass this function in a call to mu_m_server_set_strexit.
I think we need to include mu_strexit in the library and maybe set it as a
default in the mu_m_server_create function.

Hi,
The file lib/muaux.h which defines the prototypes for a few useful functions,
but it is not installed.
Would it be better to install this file with all the other .h files in
wherever/include/mailutils? That would save having to define the prototype
manually in each source file that wanted to create an mu_m_server_t object.
