Adding radius.m4 to Mailutils' am/ directory would prevent people from
running into this problem over and over again.
Radius simply should have been listed in bootstrapping prerequisites,
which I overlooked.
I added radius.m4 to am/, but got this, which
looks like the old message but without the
reference to RADIUS:
./bootstrap: aclocal --force -I m4 -I am ...
./bootstrap: autoconf --force ...
configure.ac:29: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_DEFAULT_VERBOSITY
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.
