When I try to run the utility "frm" I get the following message.

The returned $?, error return code is 2.
$ from
NOTE: you should run 'diskperf -y' to enable the disk statistics
But, from returns with the returned $? as 0.

I would like to know if the message is helpful or not.

p.s. who on the team is the guile guy? I haven't received any comments on my
idea to change mailutils to use, what reads to be a more portable init
guile library routine.
