Hello list....
I'm trying to get emacs RMAIL working on my Xubuntu box. Emacs works;
RMAIL comes up; I've got Mailutils in place. I have the following in
my .emacs file:
'(rmail-movemail-program "/usr/bin/movemail")
'(rmail-primary-inbox-list
(quote("imap://my_login_name:[email protected]")))
However, when I fire up RMAIL I get the error message:
movemail: could not create mailbox
`imap://my_login_name:[email protected]':Parse
error
I'm sure that I'm missing something, or that I've hosed something
else, but what? I can't seem to find any _specific_ docs on how to
setup RMAIL in a .emacs file. Any clues, ideas, specific references
would be appreciated. TIA...
