This is not a Mailutils implementation of movemail: it is the one that was shipped with Emacs. You have supplied mailutils-specific options to it, and it naturally complained. If you want to use Mailutils implementation, set rmail-movemail-program to the full path to the binary. To verify that it is the right binary, run `movemail --version'.
