In the (not so) long run, the following needs be done in order to be ready for the release: (1) finish IMAP client support, (2) revamp NNTP client support, (3) write documentation, (4) possibly revise Python and C++ libraries. In the short run, I'm going to fix the bug you reported yesterday and make an alpha release for you to package. It should take a couple of days at most. I'll let you know when it is ready.
