Sorry for the lack of reply. I could only reproduce it on a specific environment, and all the Debian builds are passing, so I guess the testsuite is not liking something in particular like locale settings or whatever. I'd ignore it, as I'm also having a hard time trying to reproduce right now and I have no more time for it.
