I had a look at the current situation, and either my googling wasn't too great or - Red Hat / Fedora does not package GNU Mailutils - For the few other distros that do (eg Arch), the packaging is just a dumb make build & make install, so they install all of the binaries, servers and stuff in just one big package. And of course, no service files. So I guess I'll write my own and will submit.
