I've rearranged the source tree for GNU make, moving all the source files (other than glob) into a "src/" subdirectory. All the batch files, makefiles, etc. have been updated for this new organization.
I've verified that things still build and check properly on GNU/Linux, MacOS, and Windows (there are 5 or 6 test suite failures on Windows that I haven't investigated). Please let me know if you run into issues. You'll definitely need to run "git clean" on any Git workspace you have before it will build properly.
