It's strange.  The timeout on this is 4 seconds, but it's just waiting
for a file to be created by a different target.  It's hard to imagine
that would take >4 seconds.

I bumped the timeout to 10 seconds because, why not?  I'll be
interested to see if we still get these timeouts... they might point to
an actual problem rather than a slow system, but if so I doubt I'll be
able to figure it out just from the test output.  It will require a
more targeted debugging session (at the very least, getting the -d
output and this isn't trivial to do depending on which test fails).
