Hi,
I'm trying to compile myserver 0.11 on NetBSD 5.1 and MacOS 10.6.8,
respectively.
On MacOS I get

/usr/include/dlfcn.h:61: error: '_Bool' does not name a type
and lots of subsequent errors.
On NetBSD I get:

../../../lib/string.h:696: error: '::strndup' has not been declared
