Dear, We have some problems with a HP ProLiant DL360 G4. I'm writing this to the developer of ms-sys and the parted mailing list because I have no idea what is causing our problem.
We have followed the instructions at http://ms-sys.sourceforge.net/#Documentation to install ms-dos on a proliant. This procedure works with all kinds of hardware except the hp's. So I'm sure that the install procedure and the files we used are ok. We have tried the -p option of ms-sys, but no luck. After a reboot, it always complains about Missing Operating System. We have tried it with varying partition sizes from 10Mb to 4Gb and they all fail. Anybody any idea?
