Details:
do_mkpart and do_mkpartfs from parted.c forget to catch the exception when
needed, and also forget the leave the responsibility for catching exceptions
in the rest of the cases, which has negative consequences.
I'm not sure if my patch follows the expected behaviour, but it points out
the bug.
