Write to the list ([email protected], Cc'd), describing in complete
detail what you did, and including how it failed, and see if someone
will chip in to help you.  If it looks like you've exercised due
diligence, that tends to encourage people to lend a hand.
Otherwise (e.g., if your problem may be resolved by a few quick web
searches), people have a tendency to ignore your request.

Please keep the list Cc'd, so that both the motivation and the eventual
solution can serve others when they encounter the same problem.
