[Bug-readline] `make tags' failing on: Unknown option: -t

Hi,

readline-6.1
        make tags
                ctags: Unknown option: -t
                = ctags-5.8-2.fc13.x86_64
        make TAGS
                etags: invalid option -- 't'
                = emacs-common-23.2-4.fc13.x86_64

I do not know what the options should be for but it can be probably deleted.
