I hate to say this, but I have little idea of what the problem might be.
It looks like some python-specific installation and load system that is
built using the python project's infrastructure (setup.py). It also looks
like the error is happening in python's include files, so, while it might
be some bad interaction with readline's include files, the root of the
problem appears to be with your python installation.
Have you contacted the folks responsible for this python-3.3 distribution?
