Hello Chet, sh_set_lines_and_columns() sets "LINES" and "COLUMNS". (It appears so also in bash f281b8f4f8936b2713966274d9f8508a9f0910e4.)
This makes gdb needlessly less transparent to its debugged programs. readline should not need to call setenv() to do its job. Thanks, Jan Kratochvil _______________________________________________ Bug-readline mailing list [email protected] https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-readline
