By the way, behaviour was reproduces successfully. I'm waiting for your
response. One file is around 360 MB and other is around 10 MB. If you do
not have where I can put those files then maybe I'll find some FTP
server for that reason.

It is suspicious that only you are seeing the problem. It could
be a race condition of some sort, or it could be a file system issue.
The strace output should help us see what's going on.
