When I try to build tar from the current git master on my Ubuntu Lucid
development environment, I'm getting the following error:
$ make
cd . && /bin/bash /srv/projtest/nathanst/src/gnutar/tar/build-aux/missing
--run automake-1.11 --gnits
doc/Makefile.am:37: PU_RMT_COND does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
make: *** [Makefile.in] Error 1
I see this "PU_RMT_COND" string was introduced in commit 95a51b93 on Jan
27, but don't find any indication there how that it's supposed to get
initialized (or whatever).
Any hints on what I need to do to get this to new stanza to work as
expected in my environment?
