[Bug-tar] remfiles08c.at relies on undefined behavior

Hello,

remfiles08c.at relies on undefined ‘unlinkat’ behavior and can break
depending on the version of the Linux kernel being used.

Any thoughts on how to modify the test to avoid this pitfall?
