Patch applied (cadc43ac). Thanks for patience. The commit that follows (4cf2af45) fixes handling of --(no-)recursion and similar options appearing both in the command line and in --files-from lists. Thus, the "toggle --recursion (not) from -T" testcase now passes. Regards, Sergey
