info (GNU texinfo 3.12) 2.18 needs a newline

Perhaps this is a known bug; I can't find what the latest version is due
to network connectivity weirdness at the moment.  If info 2.18 is given
the --help argument, the last line is missing a newline.  With my bash
PS1 set to '\h \!% ' the following appears:

   10% info --help
   Usage: info [OPTION]... [INFO-FILE [MENU-ITEM...]]
   
   Read documentation in Info format.
[stuff]
   moves to the node `buffers' in the info file `emacs'.
   
   Email bug reports to [EMAIL PROTECTED]%
