Feature request, generating a man page from a node

The maintainer of Texinfo and other people (rms) had a discussion about
this theme.

The intention of Texinfo manuals and man-pages are completley
different. The point of view for a page is a short information whereas
the texinfo manual comprises of the complete documentation, concept
etc.
