Due to an incorrect use of @appendixsec instead of @appendix in one of
my documents, I observe a PDF failure where all the other output are
happy:
Unfortunately, it's not practical for TeX to give precise error messages
in many cases. Be happy it complained at all :). On the other hand, if
makeinfo fails to give a good error, that's something that should be
fixed.
Meanwhile, I'll see if this particular error can be diagnosed.
