I think there is an inconsistency between naming chapters and
appendices.
Yes. Personally I'd prefer to get rid of the word `Appendix'. I'm not
sure if that will cause a furor, however. I'll think about it for a
little while.

I suspect that appendix headings are a pretty small part of the problem
of making Texinfo work in Chinese :). But I take your point, of course.
