    Ogoneks are rendered correctly when in ordinary paragraphs, but
    there are some problems when rendering them in other places.

Thanks for trying it and for the test file.  Attached is another patch,
or you can get it from CVS as before.

Patrice, I'll also attach the two small test files (one is an expanded
version of Jan's) I've been using, for your texi2html pleasure.
