math in TeX in @inlinefmtifelse not expanded

Hello,

With TeX, the following leads to \times being output as text and not as a
symbol:

@inlinefmtifelse{info, something, @math{a \times 2}}.

I attach a file that can be used to check the result in that case and
without @inlinefmtifelse.
