Hello Bruno, The issue seems to be Unicode::Normalize missing. This is not surprising if Centos is aiming for a minimalist default perl interpreter.
A simple fix would be to require it in the [Perl version and modules] configure.ac check. Gavin, would that be ok? Thanks for the report anyway!
