The problem is that after the upgrade to gettext 0.26
(commit ce7af6e1cff54ad2d9706d15d7f094244614a88a)
the commit 01f6740817f131baf77a05fe453ce5c54dda6c7c
removed po/remove-potcdate.sin and po_document/remove-potcdate.sin.
But it needs to add po/remove-potcdate.sed and po_document/remove-potcdate.sed
instead (from gettext-0.26/gettext-runtime/po/remove-potcdate.sed).
