Sort bug in textutils-2.0.tar.gz

Hello,

I think I have found a bug in sort.

Sort(1) is effected by blanks around skipped column.

For example, 

        % sort +0b -1 +2b -3
        A A B
        A  A A
        ^D

should be sorted as follows.

        A  A A
        A A B

But the result is this.

        A A B
        A  A A

If you make these columns even like this, it works well.

        A A B
        A A A
