Hello,
a minor wishlist to the wget output:

Apparently
wget --convert-links
causes
Converting index.html... 18-70
Converted 1 files in 0.002 seconds.
messages.
However they should mention 'converting links' or 'wget: doing
--convert-links operation', else one can't figure out what of the many other
possible conversions it might be talking about.
