Details:
wget segfaults if it cannot access ~/.wget-hsts (eg due to insufficent access
rights)
$ wget -d gnu.org
DEBUG output created by Wget 1.18 on linux-gnu.

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
$ gdb wget
