Just realized that the 'rename' module is missing in bootstrap.conf. This
could be the reason and could have been triggered by a gnulib update.
Sounds like a wild guess - well it is =)
Adding 'rename' explicitly to the list of gnulib modules seems to be a good
step anyways.
It needs to be confirmed that the latest master branch works doesn't show this
bug any more.
