with option -N, when the file is not "newer",
the French warning is :
"Le fichier « xxx.yyy » n’a pas été modifier sur le serveur.
Téléchargement sauté.
It must be :
"Le fichier « xxx.yyy » n’a pas été modifié sur le serveur.
