This version does not have support for IRIs

If I add the option “—local-encoding=UTF-8” to my wget script, wget 1.19.1
(the version on my NAS) says:

“This version does not have support for IRIs”

If I run “wget –help” on my NAS, both “—local-encoding” and
“—remote-encoding” are listed as options.
This error message was reported as a bug against 1.12.x

Is it still a known bug?

Was it fixed between 1.19.1 and 1.21.1?

Am I doing something wrong?
