version: 1.21.3-1+deb12u1
Ran this:
$ wget -P "$dir" -E -H -k -K -p
'https://www.sheldonbrown.com/tire-sizing.html'
Then when offline the resulting HTML was rendered in Firefox. It rendered fine
but there is an anchor link that should jump to another location on the same
page:
https://sheldonbrown.com/tire-sizing.html#iso
Instead of jumping to the “iso” anchor, it tries to access the Internet
which of course fails. That link should have been converted to a local link
that functions without Internet.
