Update wget Link

Hello :D
There is a Bug with a wget Link specifically the one which should lead me to a 
GNU MIrror near you (http://ftpmirror.gnu.org/wget) is when clicking on it 
turning into this Weird Site for a German Gutschein/Giftcard Website 
(https://www.gutscheinrausch.de/gnu/wget/)? >.>
Unsure if that was intentionally but please fix it if possible :D
