I think after castling here:
"r1k1br2/qpp1p1bp/2np1np1/p4p2/2P2P2/2NPPNP1/PP1B3P/RQK2R1B w FAfa - 1 9"
You should get this:
"r1k1br2/qpp1p1bp/2np1np1/p4p2/2P2P2/2NPPNP1/PP1B3P/RQ3RKB b fa - 2 9"
But xboard gives this:
"r1k1br2/qpp1p1bp/2np1np1/p4p2/2P2P2/2NPPNP1/PP1B3P/RQ3RKB b fa - 0 9"
But maybe you already fixed it...
