The GNU XBoard project doesn't run the WinBoard forum, so we aren't really the right people to ask to fix it. Do you know if it's been broken for a long time, or might this just be a transient issue that the person running it may fix soon? Checking the Internet archive wayback machine, it was working on July 2, 2023, but broken on Dec 14. They didn't crawl it in between those two dates, so that doesn't help narrow it down much.
Maybe HG knows who is running the WinBoard Forum these days and how to reach them by email to report a problem...
