please, help me! Program Xboard (connect engine)

   Hello! I can't connect chess engine Stockfish and SlowChessBlitz to the 
Xboard. Message: channel breakage! Too many settings. I can't figure out what's 
going on here!
Please, how I connect engine? Give me Step by Step instruction.
