MMC support should be compiled-in (not a module), so that it is possible to boot
snapshot-of-the-day off the SD card, without flashing the fic. As everyone needs
MMC support, anyway, it does not really cost anything.

...so that it is possible to get to the commandline without ssh from second
machine. Initial p0 firmware got it mostly right: it ran rxvt by default, so it
was possible to click Active Tasks|rxvt and get to the command line.

Summary pretty much says it all. I did not yet remove protective layer from
display, but I do not think that layer will change much. Screen is basically
impossible to read in sunlight...
Problem would be less severe if openmoko did not use tiny fonts it uses.

fixed in r1641.
I couldn't use gtk_widget_set_size_request() though because this didn't set the
minimum values, but forced them (even if the contained text was larger).
Therefore I connected the size-request signal to override the requisition with
size of menubox / 2.5.

It's by design. Upon system bootup, the dialer should be in the memory
already. And when user clicks the icon, it just appears from hide.
(It's modified as such according to Micky's advice.)
