To fix the code we need to do the following:

* Add the images to the theme and change the mokofinger* files
* Change libmokoui (3 buttons instead of four) and make sure there are no more
hardcoded values for mokofingerwheel and they are instead styleable.

this is actually because the vibrtor driver (see bug 315) crashed and thus the
suspend did not complete.

according to Samsung FAE reply, the voltage really depends on the actual used
frequency, rather than the component type. therefore we can safely switch to
lower voltage if we only use 200MHz

We could speed up fingerapps if we had the fingerwheel and toolbar running
permanently and only show hid it if a fingerapp is or isn't on top.
This would also reduce memory usage if more than one fingerapp is running.

Input could be realized over dbus communication (might be to slow if the
scrollwheel finally scrolls) or as an input manager generating key press events.
We probably need a dbus interface in any case to specify the images the toolbar
buttons need to have, how many buttons there are, ...

Currently we have this method in FingerWindow and PanedWindow.
It would be better to have a virtual method in moko_widow and overwrite it in
the subclasses.
