moko-tree-view.c(revision 1785) add moko_tree_view_size_request
This modification makes openmoko-messages treeview column title invisible (both
message treeview and contact treeview).
The differences use of "openmoko-messages" is that it need to compact a pixbuf
or GtkCellToggle with a text in one column.
So moko_tree_view_size_request might need to make a slight change to make this
work.

"openmoko-messages" does have titles like "contact". This bug due to
libmokoui/moko-tree-view.c (revision 1785), if you want to make this work based
on this version. you can only comment
line 68 /* widget_class->size_request = moko_tree_view_size_request */
in libmokoui/moko-tree-view.c and install openmoko-libs again.
You can focus on Bug 510 for a complete solution.
