It should be all done for all existing projects by a recursively changing owner.
For ewly-created projects, I have modify the gforge script to have the their
repository owned by 'www-data'. A solution is provided at

CIA is a realtime commit watcher. MAkes statistics and write the commit
meassages to an IRC channel.
