This is still missing.
Should we, in discussion with the gpe project, should take care about this?

I was just up to commit, but why do you change this one?

Out of my one-day brainstorming meeting with Rasterman came another solution to
properly implement tap-with-hold (and other, more invasive, things like gestures
etc.). We're going to attempt it w/ a tslib plugin that talks to an X client!
Does that sound crazy or what? :D

depending on what you're doing without having to go through the whole re-record
thing. Just a thought

Changing the component to 'theming', as this is not just dialer specific.

So I'm buying a neo next week and aside from a few older posts on the the
developer list where I see folks asking about how to send commands to the
hammerhead part, I don't really know what the status is of the GPS software.
I'm a bit of an embedded/GPS geek so I figured fixing this bug would be a good
quasiuseful way for me to get familar with the existing source base.
>From browsing the public website it seems that you've forked gpsd into a
semicustom daemon called agpsd. However, when I look in subversion I see
nothing in http://svn.openmoko.org/trunk/src/target/agpsd/. Should I be looking
somewhere else?
I've just started a MokoMakefile build, so perhaps agpsd sources will be fetched
from somewhere else.
If I'm working on this bug, should I claim it as assigned, or would you rather
an unknown external developer such as me just leave it as New until I'm ready to
attach a patch?

[This e-mail has been automatically generated.]
You have one or more bugs assigned to you in the Bugzilla
bugsystem (http://bugzilla.openmoko.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/) that require
attention.
All of these bugs are in the NEW state, and have not been touched
in 7 days or more. You need to take a look at them, and
decide on an initial action.
Generally, this means one of three things:
(1) You decide this bug is really quick to deal with (like, it's INVALID),
and so you get rid of it immediately.
(2) You decide the bug doesn't belong to you, and you reassign it to someone
else. (Hint: if you don't know who to reassign it to, make sure that
the Component field seems reasonable, and then use the "Reassign bug to
owner of selected component" option.)
(3) You decide the bug belongs to you, but you can't solve it this moment.
Just use the "Accept bug" command.
To get a list of all NEW bugs, you can use this URL (bookmark it if you like!):
http://bugzilla.openmoko.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&[EMAIL
PROTECTED]
Or, you can use the general query page, at
http://bugzilla.openmoko.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/query.cgi.
Appended below are the individual URLs to get to all of your NEW bugs that
haven't been touched for a week or more.
You will get this message once a day until you've dealt with these bugs!

the gps daemon we're using is the standard gpsd (hosted at berlios).
The input to it is provided by (really sorry about this, we've inherited that
from FIC) a binary-only daemon called "gllin". this gllin performs the features
that are usually performed by the firmware inside the GPS chip.
There is no sourcecode for this gllin available. We are working on a solution to
this problem in GTA02.
