the time and positioning of its appearance seams to be non-fixed.
Sometimes after returning to Today screen and re-opening the application makes
the lines disappear.

There is some noticeable flickering on the screen.
This is especially seen on the brighter colors like white and orange.
Not sure if this is a a software configuration issue, anyways we need to look
at this.
