 come back to the same warning message.

 Summary: GSM on/off needs Qtopia dbus call to properly shutdown GSM and
 turn it on again

 1.make a phone call at first to make sure you really have signal
 2.go to exposure, GSM is on
 3.click it as off
 4.click it as on again

 Current result: can not make a a phone call after GSM on/off /on ,
 sometimes even can't open Dialer
