step :
1. go exposure
2. select date/time -> it already time zone is selected by some country
3. press more -> it goes to world map and show time
current result : it does not completely show time and country
expected result : it should show time and country completely.

step + current result:
1) go to dialer
2) press number 0~9 on the keypad
3) show up 1~6, 7.8.9.0show up as {[]}
Sometimes it will show up, reboot the phone will back to normal.

Steps and current result:
1) set suspend time
2) go on any application(or even just highlight it) and leave it untill
suspend comes
3) Suspend time!!
4) Try to send SMS/make a call to the suspended Neo
5) Suspend time ended, shows up the screen with application working (or
highlighted application icon)
6) No incoming phone call/SMS message shows up
Expect result: should show up "got a SMS" or "incoming call" screen
